Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of JossCasino, operated at joss-casino.ca. By registering an account and using the platform, each player agrees to be bound by these terms in full. Players should read this document carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Registration is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. JossCasino prohibits access by persons under 18 in all circumstances.

1.3 Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts may result in the cancellation of all accounts associated with the individual and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

1.4 JossCasino reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its discretion if it determines that a player has provided false information, violated these terms, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and email address.

2.2 Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. Verification documents include a government-issued photo identification document and a recent proof of residential address dated within the past three months.

2.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. JossCasino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player’s failure to secure their account details.

2.4 Players must notify JossCasino immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account by contacting support at support@joss-casino.ca.

3. Deposits

3.1 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is C$10.

3.2 JossCasino does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by a player’s financial institution are the player’s own responsibility.

3.3 Deposits made by a payment method must generally be withdrawn to the same method up to the deposited amount. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is not at JossCasino’s discretion.

3.4 JossCasino reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing deposits or withdrawals.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on banking days. Processing times vary by payment method as disclosed in the cashier and on the Interac and payments pages of the site.

4.2 JossCasino may request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal at any time. This is standard compliance practice and is not indicative of any negative assessment of the player’s account.

4.3 Players must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Minimum withdrawal amount is C$20. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are disclosed in the cashier by payment method.

4.5 JossCasino reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5. Bonus Terms and Conditions

5.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by JossCasino are subject to the general terms in this document and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which govern in the event of any conflict.

5.2 Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time registrants who have not previously held a JossCasino account.

5.3 Players must meet wagering requirements before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed on each promotion page.

5.4 JossCasino reserves the right to cancel a player’s bonus if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: placing no-risk bets, exploiting bonus mechanics, collusion, or using automated software.

5.5 Players may opt out of a bonus at any time through the account panel, which will remove the bonus balance but also any associated wagering requirements.

6. Responsible Gambling

6.1 JossCasino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their activity. These tools are available in the account settings area and include deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

6.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used and marketing communications will be suspended. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion.

6.3 JossCasino cooperates with third-party responsible gambling organisations including Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) and the Problem Gambling Helpline (1-888-230-3505). Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to contact these services.

6.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help immediately rather than continuing to play.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Players must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.

7.2 The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other system to gain an advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7.3 Players must not engage in collusion with other players or with employees or agents of JossCasino.

7.4 Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities will be treated as fraud.

8. Privacy

8.1 JossCasino processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The Privacy Policy is available on the website and describes how data is collected, used, and protected.

8.2 Player data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensing authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 JossCasino’s liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments

11.1 JossCasino reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JossCasino holds its gaming licence. Disputes shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in the licence conditions, with final recourse to the applicable regulatory authority.

12.2 For players located in Canada, JossCasino operates in good faith to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection frameworks.
